5 weeks: £472

This plan is for you if who already have a healthy mindset but are looking for short term guidance on your nutrition.

You may have a family history of the same health condition – such as type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol or an auto-immune disease – and would like nutrition to support you preventatively.

You are prone to recurrent colds and want to make sure your dietary pattern and lifestyle supports your immune system.

You have slow recovery from exercise – or you may have recently taken up exercising – and would like support on meeting those additional nutrient requirements.

Please note – this shorter plan is for those who have not been diagnosed with a long term health condition.

12 weeks: £945

The 3 month & 6 month packages are designed for anyone who has multiple symptoms or a long term health condition.

This might be type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, an auto-immune disease, IBS, fatigue, anxiety, PMS.

Or for life stages such as fertility, pre-conception and peri-menopause support.

6 months: £1755

Prior to your initial consultation I will send you a 7 day diet dairy and questionnaire, which will include questions on your goals, lifestyle, current health and health history. This will help me best
prepare for your consultation.

90 minute call

For the most part of this initial call we will deep dive into your symptoms and health history. This
will enable me to put together a personalised nutrition plan, tailored to your dietary needs, lifestyle
and health goals.

30 minute weekly check-ins

During these calls we will catch up on your progress, monitor your symptoms and discuss any
new goals. I will adapt the plan depending on how your body responds and if there are any parts
that you have found a challenge to implement I will work with you to find a manageable solution.
These check-ins are also great for accountability and I will provide feedback and tips on your
weekly food diary.
