Details

Prior to your initial consultation I will send you a 7 day diet diary and questionnaire, which will include questions on your goals, current health (and symptoms if any), and your health history. This will help me best prepare for your consultation.

90 minute call

For the most part of this initial call we will deep dive into your symptoms and health history. This will enable me to put together a personalised nutrition plan, tailored to your dietary needs, lifestyle
and health goals.

30 minute weekly check-ins

During these calls we will catch up on your progress, monitor your symptoms and discuss any new goals. I will adapt the plan depending on how your body responds and if there are any parts that you have found a challenge to implement I will work with you to find a manageable solution. These check-ins are also great for accountability and I will provide feedback and tips on your weekly food diary.

High-quality scientific evidence shows that nutrition is crucial in supporting physical and mental health.
