I am a BANT Registered Nutritionist® and Nutritional Therapist (CNHC).
I create personalised, achievable nutrition plans; whether you have a long term health condition or are healthy and seeking advice on how nutrition and lifestyle can support you preventatively.
With so much accessible nutrition information about foods and supplements, knowing what to eat can become confusing and lead to restrictive diets. While nutrition is very individualised, a healthful diet doesn’t need to be complicated. I work with clients to support each person’s individual health needs, so they can enjoy a varied diet full of the foods they love.

I am passionate about supporting and encouraging people to adopt dietary changes that are enjoyable to make and sustainable for the long-term.
My areas of focus are:
PCOS, PMS, peri-menopause, menopause and post menopause, fertility and pregnancy.
High blood pressure, high cholesterol. Particularly supporting women post menopause when risk of cardiovascular disease increases.
Crohn’s, Colitis, IBS, GORD, constipation and bloating.
